Tendon: Connects muscles to bones

Ligaments: Connect bone to bone

Muscles: Moves the human body.

Hamstring: Any of the 5 tendons back of a person's knee.

  • Acts as an absorber
  • Tough
  • Smooth
  • Strong 
  • On ends of bones that move across each other.

Thing that can damage cartilags.

  • Heavy impact
  • Wear and tear
  • Stress
  • Lack of movement
These can result in bone grinding as they move over each other and cause arthiritis. 

Two types of arthiritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthiritis. Rheumatoid arthiritis affects joints and it can cause bone erosion and lumps. This arthiritis can occur in the hands, neck, lower back, knees and hips are the most common symptons.

This is when you use your imagination and relax. You can do this by closing your eyes and imagine something. You tense your muscles and relax after.

Improvisation

This is when you just go with the flow and start acting with other people.
